Can a cause be identified to match this teams problems?

To whom it may concern,
Does anyone have any insight into why this team can not get it together? No Chemistry? Too many different rotations?
Obie's voice?
And more importantly could this team learn from the Golden Varmits?
Go Bucks

Chemistry has got to be huge. I see talent, and I see depth, but no togetherness. Coach Jim has got to do a better job with unity. No matter what x's and o's are drawn up, lack of flow and knowing each other plays big.
I dont see Jimmy O being around much longer. If for nothing else than the lack of recruting at home. All the connections he has are out east, and that talent has not been comming our way.
No way they didnt gleen something off the Gophers. The positve energy at the schott was thick. It has to help.

I agree that the chemistry is toxic if not null.
Culled from one of the minion of pundits at espn:
Do we have to open up the offense to get JJ. involved...didnt he come from Arkansas...running willie-nillie...now he dumps the ball downstairs and lets are big men pound away.
Is this not playing to our talents?
Have we already tried to run?
When I have seen the buckes run they do ok....
Catching up Ctepa (Sorry for the length)
Add to this the The Stockman concern
which "Justin" from a ohiostate yahoo group compiled
"
Here are some interesting stats for Tony Stockman.
In our 8 losses:
FG: 31-104 (29.8%)
3PT: 11-53 (20.8%)
A/TO: .72
In our 9 wins:
FG: 46-103 (44.7%)
3PT: 24-55 (43.6%)
A/TO: 1.5
I think Obie realizes how closely related his success is to the
team's success. Why does he play so poorly against the good teams?
Is it because they play better defense? Is it because he is trying
to be the hero and is forcing up bad shots? I would guess it is a
combination of the two. Here are his numbers in our last 6 losses
(arguably our best opponents):
Opponent FG 3PT
--------------------
Ga. Tech 1-11 0-6
Seton Hall 4-15 1-6
Texas Tech 4-18 2-8
Illinois 4-8 1-3
Penn State 2-10 0-5
Indiana 3-12 1-9
Unfortunately I haven't been able to see any of the games (wish they
would televise them down here in Cincinnati) so I don't really know
the reason for the poor shooting percentage. From what I read on
here and on Bucknuts it is because he is a loose cannon and has never
seen a shot he didn't like.
